Learning Paths
Hammerhead Academy uses structured learning paths to guide personnel from foundational readiness through assignment-specific capability, leadership preparation, advanced operational performance, and executive-level awareness.
How the Academy Is Structured
Each learning path is designed to support a clear progression. Personnel begin with required foundational standards, expand into assignment-specific roles, prepare for supervision and leadership, and then advance into higher-level operational and strategic development.
General Progression Rule
Foundations should be completed first.
