Digital Product Policy
All courses offered by Hammerhead Academy are digital training products. Upon purchase, customers are granted immediate access to course materials.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
No Refund After Access
Once a course has been accessed, started, or completed, refunds will not be issued. Access to course content constitutes delivery of the product.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase of the same course
- Technical failure preventing access to the course
- Accidental purchase reported within 24 hours and no course access has occurred
Refund Request Requirements
To request a refund, you must contact Hammerhead Academy within 24 hours of purchase.

- Email used for purchase
- Course name
- Reason for request
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
